Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at blushcraft.support@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and our standard Return Policy below will apply instead.

Returns

We want you to love what you order. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Due to the nature of our products, cosmetics and skincare items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, swatched, or has a broken seal.
• Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened, used, or swatched cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blushcraft.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — this policy applies regardless of whether the product has been opened, since damage or defects are not the customer's responsibility.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at blushcraft.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping

For returns not resulting from our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount. If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping, you're welcome to do so at your own expense — we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

If your return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping at no charge to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

International Orders (US & EU)

For orders shipped outside Canada, please note: import duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable, even if the item itself is refunded, as these are remitted to the relevant customs authority at the time of shipment.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (following the policy above) and place a new order.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are shopping from the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right applies to unopened, unused items. As permitted under Article 16(e) of the Directive, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons — including cosmetics and skincare products — cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at blushcraft.support@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
